Are you aged between 9 and 16 and would
like to get involved in a local drama society?


St James Music and Drama Society are an open, amateur drama group based at Falconer Hall in Bushey, Hertfordshire. We hold annual shows, tour local stages with Murder Mysteries, participate in the Bushey Carnival and Festival, and hold regular fundraising events throughout the year such as quiz nights, barbecues and even race nights (albeit with our own ‘special’ changes)!


The youth section of the society (affectionately known as the Junior MaD), meets once a week for two hours, play drama games, devise improvisations and mimes, and even rehearse for shows, such as the South West Herts Drama Festival, in which we have won many awards over the years. The group meets on Saturdays at 10am and new members are always welcome. We would love for as many young people to be involved as possible!
